RETURN POLICY

General Return Policy

→ Return Window: Customers have a 15-day window, starting from the day the part arrives, to return the part.
→ Restocking Fee: All returnable parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
→ Condition for Returns
→ The part must be in its original packaging.
→ The part must be unused.

Warranty Exclusions

→ Electrical Parts: There is no warranty for electric parts, including but not limited to:
→ Switches
→ Buttons
→ Solenoids
→ Coils
→ Starters and Alternators

• Non-Warranted Condition: There is no warranty for starters and alternators that are burnt or contaminated with oil.
• Warranted Condition: A general warranty of 6 months is provided for starters and alternators that are not burnt or contaminated with oil.

Warranty Conditions

→ Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return or warranty claim, parts must be returned in their original packaging.
→ Unused Condition: Parts must be unused to qualify for a return or warranty claim.
→ Inspection Upon Return: Returned parts will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions. Parts not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to additional charges.

Additional Notes

→ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect covered by the warranty.
→ Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and returns.
→ Processing Time: Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the processing of returns and warranty claims. Customers will be notified of their status upon completion of the inspection and processing.
